Good points in this piece. But I agree MORE with Bernie. Never mind the nuanced stats for a moment. The latter strategy engages head on the appalling splits in the working class arising from NO RAISES FOR 44 YEARS that is endlessly aggravating the seeds of reaction, insecurity, instability, racism, and fascism. The former, IMO, moves to escape that engagement with more focus on heading movements into the cul-de-sac of "left unity" analysis.
